Getting to Jersey Ferry Port
By Car
At Route De La Liberation roundabout take the 2nd exit onto La Route Du Port Elizabeth. Follow signs to Ferry port.
By Taxi
A taxi rank is situated approximately 50 feet from the terminal, or taxis can be booked prior to arrival.
By Train
Trains do not operate on the island of Jersey.
By Bus
The nearest bus stop is in St. Helier, about a 10 minute walk away.

Café/ Bar
There is a restaurant/bar located in the terminal which is open all day. There is also a newsagents and gift shop.
Bureau de Change
Located inside the terminal and also on-board the ferry.
Terminal Opening Hours
Elizabeth Terminal is open daily from 6am - 10pm in the summer and 6am - 9pm in the winter. However, these timings are flexible as it will sometimes remain open until the last passenger vessel has departed.
Disabled Facilities
Disabled toilets are located in the terminal building. Porters are available to assist with boarding. For parking, there are 3 spaces opposite the Harbour Café at the Elizabeth Terminal. Drivers must display a valid disabled badge and appropriate parking disc. In the main car park opposite the Elizabeth Terminal the parking limit for disabled drivers is 12 hours in any 24 hours. Drivers must display a valid disabled badge and scratchcard, which will give 2 hours parking per unit.
Parking at Jersey Ferry Port
The car park at Elizabeth Terminal has 90 spaces available, with 24 hour access. Paycards must be used in this car park between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays). The underground car park at the Waterfront complex (approximately 2 minutes walk away) has over 120 spaces, with 24 hour access. This is a collect ticket and pay on exit car park.
